The Hispanic Roundtable, in partnership with Educational Service District 113, Molina Healthcare, and Visions for Early Learning cordially invite you to the Hispanic Roundtable’s Second Annual Community Summit on June 17, 2019. Join organizations from across Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor, and Pacific Counties to participate in this regional event. This Summit will bring together organizations, agencies, services, and individuals who provide direct or indirect support to the Latinx community. We will be focusing on immigration updates as well as offering workshops in Cultural Humility and Cultural Reponsibility. Our speakers this year include experts from the University of Washington, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, and the Governor’s Office. We would be honored to have your presence.

Check-in: | Exhibitor check-in and setup is 7-7:30am. We have space for only about 45 exhibitors on a first-come-first-served basis. Please be ready to receive attendees at ~8:00am. Exhibitor registration allows up to three individuals from your organization to attend. |
Individual check-in will begin at 8:00am. Arrive early and visit the Exhibitor Fair, some coffee and pan dulce, and do some networking. |
All registrations include a modest box lunch and the opportunity to earn CEUs. Students are those attendees currently enrolled full-time in high school, a two-year college, or a four-year college/university. If you have dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc), please email us separately (hispanic@hispanicroundtable.org) at least a week in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Objectives of this year’s Community Summit include:
- Improve Cultural Humility and Cultural Responsibility of attendees
- Enhance partnerships between public, private, and non-profit sectors
- Broaden the community and partnerships by meaningfully expanding HRT’s reach beyond Thurston, Lewis, and Mason counties
- Empower Latinx community members to move themselves forward
We are not offering informal tabling opportunities this year, so if you want to be an exhibitor, please use that option in the Eventbrite event.
