CHOICE Regional Health Network

CHOICE Regional Health Network is a non-profit coalition of rural and urban hospitals, practitioners, public health, clinics, community health centers, behavioral health providers and other partners dedicated to improving the health of our community. We define our community as the residents of Mason, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis and Thurston counties – Central Western Washington.

College Success Foundation

The College Success Foundation (CSF) has over 10 years of proven experience, inspiring underserved, low-income students to finish high school, and providing the unique integrated system of supports and scholarships they need to graduate college and succeed in life.

Seahawks / Seattle Sounders FC

Sounders FC is about Democracy in Sports, giving the team’s supporters – Sounders FC Alliance, presented by ROOT Sports – a voice. Each season ticket holder can vote on the direction of the franchise, including the fate of the general manager

South Puget Sound Community College

South Puget Sound Community College’s mission is to support student success in postsecondary academic transfer and workforce education that responds to the needs of the South Sound region.

The Evergreen State College

Timberland Regional Library

Timberland Regional Library (TRL) provides library services to the residents of five counties in Southwest Washington State: Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific and Thurston Counties. TRL is an Intercounty Rural Library District and is funded by property taxes and revenue from timber sales in the 5-county area.

TOGETHER!

TOGETHER! has been serving the residents of Thurston County since 1989. TOGETHER! grew from a vision to a grass-roots campaign to mobilize the communities of Thurston County in a coordinated effort to prevent youth violence and youth alcohol, drug and tobacco use. Fifty-six key community leaders collaborated in program development, all dedicated to the vision of safe and drug-free communities for our youth.

Washington Association of Community and Migrant Health Centers

WACMHC is a non-profit organization, formed in 1985 to advocate on behalf of the low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations of Washington State served by community health centers.

WACMHC represents 26 Community Health Centers that provide comprehensive services including medical, dental, and mental health care, nutrition, social services, counseling, health education, WIC, Maternity Support Services, transportation assistance, and other essential services to patients in rural and urban areas.

Washington State University Thurston County Extension

Washington State University conducts transformational research and provides world-class education to more than 26,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Founded in 1890 in Pullman, it is Washington’s original land-grant university, with a mission of improving quality of life.

WCAN

 The Washington College Access Network (WCAN) is designed to improve preparation and access to higher education to all students through a network of community organizations. The collaboration promotes and supports the use of best practices, leverages training opportunities and supports public policies to ensure that all students have the opportunity and tools to succeed in higher education
